What We Do
Our Services
We design and deliver workshops based on our client’s identified learning and development needs. Our real-world experience and passion for development allow us to bring authentic, relatable content delivered in an engaging, affirming style.
Research has shown that stand-alone workshops do not have the long-term retention and impact of those supplemented by follow-on coaching. Therefore, our workshops are followed by one-on-one coaching sessions to deepen the individual application of the concepts and provide personal, ongoing support.
Our Most Popular Classes
Leader as Coach
Leadership and coaching go hand-in-hand. People, particularly high-achievers, don’t want to be managed, but they do want guidance. A leader that has a “coach-like” approach will demonstrate a collegial style of interaction that will develop relationships that lend themselves to persuasion and influence – the way by which high-achievers are led. If embraced, the attitudes and behaviors associated with coaching can assist any leader in becoming more transformational.
A leader’s ability to coach his/her team effectively is the single most important factor in determining the success of that team. People often ask for feedback when what they really want is coaching. Strong leaders lean toward coaching.
The participants will demonstrate their ability to employ the 5 elements of powerful coaching to establish clearly defined expectations, provide ongoing guidance, and assess performance-to-targets accordingly.
They will leave with an action plan they can begin to implement immediately
Strengths-based Performance
Each of us has unique, enduring talents and our greatest room for growth is in those areas. The most efficient and reliable way to build mastery in anything is to learn your natural talents and develop them into strengths through practice while adding relevant skills and knowledge when necessary.
In this program participants will gain insight into their own unique talent profiles, and how their talent themes can be used to raise their professional effectiveness.
In comparing talent profiles, the participants will strategize how to utilize both complementary and conflicting talent themes to build stronger, results-driven collaborations.
Developing Emotional Intelligence
According to Daniel Goleman, Emotional Intelligence (also known as EQ) accounts for nearly 90 percent of what sets high performers apart from peers with similar technical skills and knowledge. Research shows that emotional intelligence is the strongest predictor of performance.
Participants will identify the Core EQ Skills in action and describe how increasing these skills can improve business results. They will develop individual action plans that will identify specific strategies for applying their individual strengths to promote their growth and development for each of the Core EQ Skills
Unlock the Leader in You
A title doesn’t make you a leader; your behaviors make you a leader.
When we hear the word “leader” we tend to think of someone who supervises others. But leadership is a set of behaviors – not a title or position. Just as having a title or position doesn’t make a person a leader; not having a title or position doesn’t stop a person from being a leader.
In this program, participants will learn the behaviors that set leaders (official and unofficial) apart and create a personal plan for developing and demonstrating leadership behaviors
Brand "You"
Branding is the act of shaping how a company, organization, or individual is perceived.. It is a process of managing the actions that shape how you are perceived in stakeholders’ minds. A brand consists of several elements. Key among them are your purpose, your vision and your values.
This program guides you in identifying your foundational elements, then helps you build it out into the image you want to create in the minds of your stakeholders.
