Winslow Behavioral Profile

winslowresearchThe Winslow Behavioral Profile measures the twenty-four behavioral characteristics relevant to success for every individual in every position in an organization.

Assessment Time: approximately one hour, to complete 260 assessment questions accessed through a user-friendly online portal.

Assessment Reliability Control questions in the assessment instrument determine the accuracy and objectivity of the participants’ responses to the questions. These controls detect individuals who have reading or comprehension difficulties, as well as those who intentionally or unintentionally exaggerate their answers to present a favorable impression.

Experience has shown that from 10 to 30 percent of applicants try to “improve” their answers, usually in hopes of getting the job.
