Executive Coaching

As an individual advances to levels of higher authority, truthful feedback becomes more difficult to obtain. An effective coach serves as an objective third party, a truth-teller, to help an executive focus on his or her strengths and to recognize and eliminate limiting behaviors. Because we are external coaches, we provide a type of conversation partner not available within the organization. Importantly, we relieve leaders of concerns about the confidentiality risk of sharing their issues within the organization.

Individual & High-Potential Coaching

We provide individual coaching in two key areas. We assist individuals who need to bridge performance gaps for greater effectiveness and we help high-potential individuals in their development of leadership behaviors. Our process helps to deepen an individual’s awareness of their unique strengths as a foundation for practical behavioral change and personal development. As executive coaches we provide support for that change in a safe, confidential environment.

Team Coaching

Top-performing teams are built by each team member performing a role that reflects their unique, inherent strengths. Team members are guided in the development of their individual effectiveness and impact as they learn to take action as individuals.  Additionally each team member learns to utilize the sum of the team’s parts to bridge performance gaps and maximize team impact.
